Costs

Insurance

My services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  Please discuss your insurance plan with me when you call.  I am an in-network provider for many insurance plans.  I am not a Medicaid or Medicare provider.

Counseling Fees

  • Individual hourly rate is $90.  (A counseling “hour” is 50-55 minutes.)
  • The initial intake appointment fee is $125. Allow 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • A Couples counseling session fee is $125.

Sliding Scale Fees

Sliding scale fees are based on household income.  See the chart below for guidance.  During our first phone contact, please discuss with me whether the standard fees are appropriate for you.  I do not require documentation of your household income.  I use the honor system.

Payment Method

I accept cash or checks for payment at the time services are rendered.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance by phone (no email cancellations please), you will be required to pay $35.
